“I am moved by the vibrant art and music scene in Georgia which has inspired me to create this exhibition of Legendary Georgia Musicians," says Dorsey, an Athens-based, award-winning watercolorist who also holds a Ph.D in psychology. The artist has been working on the paintings for five years and with only one exception, all of the musicians featured participated in personal photo shoots with Dorsey either at a venue, at her home or at the musician’s home or studio.
